Paddock- Loafing Shed

Private paddocks include a fenced area of approximately 30’ x 40’ with a 30' x 12' shelter or 40’ x40’ fenced with 40’ x 12’ shelter. Shared paddocks hold two to four horses and the fenced area and shelters, respectively. Contracts are on a monthly basis.

• We can feed subject to additional agreement by owner

• We provide Shelter and water

• Access to 120’ x 240’ arena- Lighted

• Access to 60’ diameter round pen- Lighted

• Access to 20 acres of free range for riding

• Pond access

• Cleaning of Paddocks when requested

• Trailer Parking

• Restroom facility with shower

Base Rate:

$250 per month for single horse

$425 per month for two horses

$600 per month for three horses

$775 per month for four horses

Additional Amenities:

Tack Room- $64

      Indoor Arena- $100 per month, optional heat $25 per hour

Hay from on site- Cost x 1.25 = 20% markup for handling fee

Feeding twice a day- $12 per day

Overnight Accommodations: Subject to availability

$70.00 per day per trailer (No Hook-Ups)
